Tips to get good day

  1. We must get enough sleep.
  2. Have a good stretch is good for refresh our body.
  3. Don’t get out on the wrong side bed. J
  4. Wash properly and everywhere.
  5. Don’t forget those morning exercises.
  6. If you are still tired …
  7. Then best to go back to sleep!
